Welcome to ASSERT Personal Safety Training programs!  Personal safety is a topic that is always talked about after a terrifying story has hit the news. With social injustice being brought into focus, stories surface regularly on SEXUAL ABUSE and HUMAN TRAFFICKING somewhere in the world. It may unnerve us a bit, but rarely do we take steps to receive training for ourselves and our loved ones.  The reality is that when we are trained in how to react in a dangerous situation, we are more likely to come out of that situation alive. Having preventive training can help us avoid these situations altogether.

We are passionate to train and empower kids, teens, women and seniors to discover how to use their minds and bodies to forge a strong barrier of personal protection. We believe that action should begin BEFORE A TRAGEDY occurs!
